“Our company, The Pool Man, based in Tomball, TX. had been searching for a software program that would fit our needs and requirements for over a year. Our search led us to Pool Pro Office.
After reviewing the program online with Mark several times I decided that a trip to Florida to see the program work in the “real world” would be in order.
I spent two days with Mark and Gerard in Orlando at the American Pools and Spas facility getting “hands on” experience with the program. In the two days, and a night in the hotel, I was able to set-up my job board with all the milestones and enter a couple of test projects.
Mark and Gerard guided me through each step on every user application, from entering a lead to closing out a project. I was able to explore all areas of the program and begin to familiarize myself with all the information that is at your fingertips.
By the end of the workshop I was totally impressed and sold on the program. I couldn’t wait to return to the office and share my experience. Within the month we purchased the software and after only two weeks we were up and running.
