- Once you contact us with your specific needs, we send you a contract detailing the pricing and payment options.
- After you sign, we send you instructions on how to import your existing data into the solution. You also have the option to manually add the information yourself.
- We then send you the Filemaker download instructions and launch shortcut to install.
- Log in with your new username and password.
- Schedule an initial online set-up training. During this initial training, we will help you set up and customize your solution. Within an hour, we will have you ready to add new leads, add project folders, update and schedule out along with adding service and warranty calls.
